Wenhui Cai, M.D., Ph.D, Chief Medical Officer; Board Certified Psychiatrist with extensive experience in all areas of psychiatry and medical management; M.D. from Shanghai Medical University, Shanghai, China; Ph.D in Neuroscience from Wayne State University. Served as the medical director for Southeastern Arizona Behavioral Health System. In addition to duties at La Frontera Center, is clinical Associate Professor at the Department of Psychiatry, University of Arizona College of Medicine, and has authored two books on the topics of psychiatry education.
